I realize that I haven't been on here in a VERY long time. I am a bad girl. I have no time right this second to post but I will post very soon. I am at work and sneaking this in LOL.
So quick update. I am on Day 64 VLCD R1 P2. Have lost 31.1 pounds and SEVERAL inches. Ending this week and starting P3 on Saturday.
